Target Audience: Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA MH), SCERT, District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs).
Systemic Reach: Access to the vast network of teachers across 51,152 primary schools.
Co-implementation: Expertise and capacity to nominate candidates and integrate training into existing frameworks.
Alignment: Support for integration with existing programs (e.g., CWSN, ADP in aspirational districts).
Target Audience: Large Trusts and Corporations funding educational or upskilling initiatives (e.g., Tata Trusts, Reliance Foundation).
Strategic Funding: Capital for licensing the digital platform and supporting the statewide rollout of the pilot phase (e.g., ₹50–100 lakh).
Expertise & Network: Integration with existing CSR-backed teacher development programs (e.g., CETE, TEJAS).
Thought Leadership: Partnership positions the organization as a leader in tech-enabled educational equity and inclusion.
10–15% of students in any given primary classroom struggle with reading, writing, or math due to SLD/dyslexia. This affects overall class and school performance.
The ~1.58 lakh teachers in 51,152 primary schools lack the specialized training for early identification and effective classroom strategies.
The failure to provide appropriate accommodations violates the rights of children under the RPWD Act 2016 and obstructs the goals of NEP 2020 for inclusive education.
Traditional training methods are expensive, non-standardized, and lack the scale required to train all teachers across the state, leaving the majority of schools without support.
MPLEMENT replaces traditional, one-off seminars with a facilitated, spaced-learning environment designed for long-term knowledge retention. The model utilizes collective intelligence within small cohorts of teachers, providing a safe, self-paced workspace over a 4-week period (approx. 6 days of effort). This approach combats the Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve, ensuring practical skills stick.
The core of our scalability is the WizTango platform. It digitalizes the content and interaction, ensuring standardized delivery of the curriculum across all districts, regardless of location. The platform enables remote collaboration, submission of practical tasks, and access to all learning resources, making large-scale deployment to over 51,000 schools feasible and cost-effective.

Our solution is not an add-on; it is built to integrate with the state's existing infrastructure. By aligning with the DIET child-centered approach, MPLEMENT empowers local educators to become Master Trainers. This four-stage Train the Trainer flow ensures systemic sustainability, transparency, and accountability, guaranteeing that the capacity is built within the State Education system.
The learning journey is focused and practical, divided into two essential modules delivered by the MDA Subject Matter Expert (SME): Module 1: Dyslexia Screening & Identification: Equips teachers to spot and differentiate SLD/dyslexia indicators. Module 2: Classroom Strategies: Provides hands-on techniques for scaffolding, making referrals, and providing accommodations in compliance with the RPWD Act 2016.

The ultimate goal is to embed the knowledge and methodology directly into the classroom practice. Once trained by the certified Master Trainers, the teachers immediately enact the following process in their classrooms:
Teachers: Capacity building is transferred locally.
Students: Teachers use the acquired skills to spot "at-risk" students in their class.
Teachers initiate referrals and provide classroom accommodations compliant with the RPWD Act 2016.
Teachers integrate new Classroom Strategies into their daily teaching, ensuring a truly inclusive environment for all learners.
This digital framework transforms the learning environment by providing essential clarity and capabilities where they matter most.
Receive accurate SLD diagnosis and immediate classroom accommodations, improving educational outcomes.
Alignment: RPWD Act 2016 (Right to appropriate support)
Gain clarity and initial guidance on supporting their child's learning journey post-identification.
Alignment: Educational Equity
Acquire certified, practical skills (Identification & Strategy) and tools for immediate classroom application.
Alignment: NEP 2020 (Teacher Capacity Building)
MPLEMENT is a strategic investment that maximizes funding efficiency and aligns with critical institutional goals.
The project directly supports core mandates and provides unprecedented oversight.
The solution ensures the highest possible impact and transparency for philanthropic investment.
The key to scaling MPLEMENT was the learning and adaptation between the first and second school pilots, which tested the methodology and demonstrated massive gains in teacher engagement.

We have the proven methodology (MDA), the scalable EdTech (WizTango), and the implementation flow. We now seek strategic partners—government agencies and corporate trusts—to provide the financial and institutional capacity to launch the pilot phase in Maharashtra.
| Partner Type | Collaboration Goal | Pilot Target Example | Strategic Ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| State Education (SSA MH / SCERT) | Co-Implementation & Policy Integration | Washim / Nandurbar (ADP Districts) | Provide institutional support, nominate candidates (DIET/Teachers), and integrate the training into existing SSA capacity-building calendars. |
| CSR / Trusts | Pilot Funding & Ecosystem Amplification | Mumbai / Palghar ZPs | Provide the essential funding (e.g., ₹50–100 Lakh for digital tools/licensing) to deploy the platform and measure its statewide potential. |
Investing in the MPLEMENT pilot guarantees measurable results:
Let's empower Maharashtra's teachers for inclusive education together!
